The Nieuwe Prinsengracht starts at the river Amstel in the heart of Amsterdam. It's a
quite and charming canal with houseboats
on both sides.

  

The apartment - with a fantastic view on
the Nieuwe Prinsengracht, the Onbekende Gracht and the Amstel - is situated on the second floor of a typical Dutch canalhouse.

   

The apartment is completely renovated and nicely decorated. In the living room you find
a color-tv (cable), a home cinema set (DVD, CD, MP3, radio) and wireless internet.

  

At the oak table with the comfortable chairs
you can take your breakfast, drink a glass
of wine or work for a while. There is a beautiful wooden floor in the apartment.
   

From the living room you will enjoy the beautiful view over the Nieuwe Prinsengracht with it's houseboats. In the winter you can even see the boats crossing the river Amstel.

  

From the apartment you look right into the Onbekende Gracht and you can see the red letters on the roof of Theatre Carre. At christmas you will hear the lions of the circus.
   

In the charming kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, microwaveetc. There are all
facilities necessary for a pleasant stay.

  

In the fully equipped kitchen you will also
find a washing machine to make your stay even more comfortable. The balcony is situated next to at the kitchen.

   

The bedroom, situated at the balcony, has
a comfortable 2-persons bed. It is located
in the back of the house overlooking the courtyard. Towels and bedding is provided.

 

From the kitchen, the bedroom and the balcony you have a fantastic view over the
courtyards. You will enjoy the peace and
quiteness here.
   

High speed, broadband internet access is provided free of charge.
Please note that this is a non smoking apartment!

 

The private bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washbasin. There is a
separate toilet which is nicely decorated
with Potugese tiles.

   

The bathroom is stylishly fitted with shower, hand basin and heated towel rail. A
hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.

  

The bathroom is completele renovated
in 2008.
